Import your lists

No passwords, ever. Public usernames and files you export yourself are enough — everything stays in your browser.

AniList

Reads your public anime list straight from the AniList API — just your username.

MyAnimeList

Upload the official list export — MAL → Export My List — and drop the .xml / .xml.gz file here. Entries are enriched with genres, studios and streaming links from AniList.

Username sync is available when the site is deployed with a MAL_CLIENT_ID (see README). The export file above always works.

Crunchyroll

Crunchyroll has no public API, so you collect your own history — logged in, in your own browser; no credentials shared with anyone.

On iPad / iPhone? No DevTools needed — use the iPad import helper (an Apple Shortcut, or a bookmarklet): it collects your history on the Crunchyroll page and imports it here automatically.

On a computer:

  1. Open crunchyroll.com/history and log in.
  2. Open DevTools (F12) → Console, paste the collector snippet, press Enter. It scrolls your history and copies the series titles as JSON.
  3. Paste the result below. A plain list — one title per line — works too.

Netflix

Netflix officially exports your viewing history — one row per watched episode, so progress imports too:

  1. Open netflix.com/viewingactivity and make sure the right profile is active.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Download all — you get ViewingActivity.csv.
  3. Upload it here. Anything that isn't anime is filtered out automatically (matches are verified against AniList titles, not just fuzzy-searched).

Prime Video

Amazon exports your full watch history — it just takes a little patience:

  1. Go to Amazon's Request My Data page, choose Prime Video, and submit.
  2. Amazon emails a download link when it's ready (typically within a day). Download and unzip.
  3. Upload the Digital.PrimeVideo.ViewingHistory.csv here. One row per playback → real episode progress; non-anime is filtered out automatically like Netflix.

Tick what you pay for. Recommendations can filter to these, the library badges them green, and Analytics shows which subscription your backlog actually lives on.

AniList write-back

Mirror your edits (status, progress, scores) to a real AniList account, making it your synced source of truth. Uses AniList's own login page — never a password here.

  1. Create a free API client at anilist.co/settings/developer → "Create New Client". Name: anything. Redirect URL: /index.html (exactly).
  2. Paste its Client ID below and connect — AniList asks you to approve, then returns here.

Connecting doesn't copy your existing library by itself — edits sync as you make them, and "Sync entire library" pushes everything once (rate-limited, ~2s per title, so a large library takes a few minutes; keep the tab open).

Backup & data

Everything lives in this browser's local storage — each browser and device has its own library. To combine libraries from two devices/browsers: Export on one, then "Merge backup" on the other (de-duplicates automatically). "Restore" replaces this browser's library outright.
